These terms explain how Elecktronix operates its Pakistan-based electronics and computer-accessories e-store, and what to expect when placing an order.

01 · About Elecktronix

Elecktronix operates from Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. We sell selected electronic gadgets, computer accessories and practical technology products sourced through a network of suppliers. Elecktronix remains your customer-facing point of contact for orders and eligible after-sales claims.

02 · Product information and suitability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and realistic performance information. Check specifications, compatibility, voltage, current rating and plug dimensions before ordering. For PowerLink Lite, approximately 3 hours of backup was observed with a 12V 1A-rated router; runtime varies with actual use.

03 · Prices, checkout and payments

Prices are stated in Pakistani rupees unless otherwise shown. Cash on Delivery is currently offered; free standard shipping applies within Pakistan. If optional advance-payment arrangements are introduced later, they will be clearly explained before collection.

04 · Orders and availability

Submitting an order is a request to purchase; fulfillment may depend on accurate details, confirmation and supplier availability. We may contact you to verify information or resolve an issue before dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the options and return any amount paid when legally required.

05 · Delivery, replacements and remedies

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Replacement Policy. Our voluntary 7-day replacement support for eligible faults does not limit statutory consumer remedies. We do not generally offer change-of-mind cash refunds, subject to applicable law.

06 · Responsible website use

Do not misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, interfere with security or copy store materials without authorization. Product images and descriptions are provided for shopping information; minor differences in presentation do not override the specifications confirmed for a particular order.

07 · Privacy and communication

We process order and support information as explained in our Privacy Policy. For questions, order changes, delivery or product issues, use our WhatsApp support channel. We do not currently offer email as a primary customer contact method.

08 · Updates and governing rules

We may update these terms as our store develops. The version available when you place an order helps explain the purchase conditions, subject always to applicable Pakistani law and rights that cannot legally be waived.
