Elecktronix operates from Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. Behind our online store is an actual physical business and a network of real suppliers who support our sourcing and fulfillment. We work to keep ordering straightforward, with transparent pricing, Cash on Delivery and free standard delivery across Pakistan for eligible domestic orders.
We're your point of contact
You buy from Elecktronix, not from an unknown supplier. We manage the customer relationship and handle product questions, order support and eligible after-sales claims. We do not send customers away to negotiate directly with our suppliers.
Support after delivery matters
Technology should make life easier — and when something does not work as expected, you deserve clear next steps. If an item arrives faulty or fails to function as described, contact our team with your order number and details of the issue. We will review your case and help arrange an eligible replacement under the applicable product policy.
For PowerLink Lite, we currently offer 7-day replacement support for eligible faults. Our standard policy does not offer voluntary cash refunds for change-of-mind returns; however, nothing in that policy removes remedies or consumer rights required by applicable law. Please read our Replacement Policy for conditions and the claims process.
