01 · Where we ship

We deliver to courier-serviceable addresses across Pakistan. International shipping is not currently offered.

02 · Free standard delivery

Standard delivery for Elecktronix domestic orders is free. The PowerLink Lite selling price is Rs. 3,499; any additional applicable checkout charges, if introduced, must be shown before the order is placed.

03 · Estimated delivery timeframe

Most standard orders are estimated to arrive within 2–4 working days after processing and confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Remote locations, public holidays, courier disruptions and product availability can affect timing.

04 · Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Please provide an accurate full name, mobile number, address and any useful delivery directions, and be ready to receive the parcel.

05 · Order verification and fulfillment

We may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Products are sourced from our supporting suppliers and packed for shipment by Elecktronix. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with available options before dispatch.

06 · Delays, incorrect or damaged parcels

Contact WhatsApp support with your order number if your parcel is delayed, damaged, incorrect or marked delivered but not received. We will help review the courier or product issue. Please report visible parcel damage promptly where practical.
